How it all started.

Aimee Riha is the owner and face behind bare necessity, proudly serving the Omaha, Nebraska area. After graduating from Xenon Academy in 2013, Aimee began building her career in the beauty industry with a passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

With over a decade of experience, Aimee specializes in waxing and sugaring, offering full-body hair removal services for women and men. She works with all different skin types, hair types, textures, and sensitivities, understanding that everyone’s skin and hair are different. Her goal is to make hair removal feel simple, comfortable, and approachable- without judgement or intimidation.

Aimee has continued her education in the Kansas City area, through advanced sugaring and mastering courses, with a focus on natural sugaring techniques and products that support the skins microbiome. She believes that great hair removal is about more than removing hair- it’s about creating an experience where you can relax, feel cared for, and leave feeling confident. Aimee also holds several other certificates from over the years, but enjoys the hair removal process.

At bare necessity, you can expect a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself. Aimee is here to make the experience easy, personalized, and something you can feel good about.

Outside of bare necessity and working in the suite, Aimee lives in the Millard area and enjoys spending time with her husband, Alec and two boys: Easton and Elliott, involved in their sports/activities and traveling!

Hobbies of Aimee’s includes gardening or house plants, thrifting, and cooking for her family.
